Strategic Planning is a critical but often under-executed healthcare business process. With the ever-changing healthcare environment, developing a strategic plan conducive to organizational agility is paramount.

This session focuses on development of specific objectives that provide a roadmap to success. Tactics are described to align the organizational level strategic plan with the nursing strategic plan to accelerate positive outcomes by leveraging this large part of the healthcare workforce. Finally, this session discusses the approach for execution of the plan across the enterprise.
