A rapidly growing regional health system is seeking a Manager of Risk Management & Patient Safety to lead its internal risk program and champion a culture of safety across hospitals and clinics.

In this dual‑impact role, you will serve as both Risk Manager and Patient Safety Officer, guiding the organization through proactive risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and high‑reliability practices. You’ll lead safety assessments, oversee event investigations, conduct RCAs and FMEAs, and educate leaders and clinicians on system‑based approaches to preventing harm.

Active RN license (or eligibility) and commitment to obtaining CPHRM within 2 years

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort presenting data to diverse audiences
