A respected regional health system is seeking a Registered Nurse Infection Prevention & Control Manager to lead infection prevention efforts across hospitals, clinics, and long‑term care settings.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee surveillance, analysis, and reporting of healthcare‑associated infections; guide compliance with CMS, CDC, OSHA, FDA, and Joint Commission standards; and develop policies that strengthen safety and reduce risk across the continuum of care. You’ll lead a dedicated team, collaborate closely with CNOs and clinical leaders, and ensure timely reporting and adherence to evidence‑based practices.

Ideal candidates bring:

Minimum 3 years of acute care infection control, data analysis, PI, or risk management experience

Strong understanding of epidemiology and basic statistical principles

RN licensure (or eligibility) and a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare‑related field

CIC certification

Experience in long‑term care is a plus
