Shape the Future of Maternal–Infant Care — Nurse Manager, OB/Women’s Center
This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to guide a high-performing maternal–child health team in a setting that values both clinical excellence and personal well-being.
You’ll oversee Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery services in a 24-bed unit that averages 35–45 births per month. All nurses are cross-trained across LDRP functions, with a Level I Nursery and a collaborative model that supports C-sections and perinatal safety. The team includes a dedicated RN Unit Coordinator, Clinical Educator, and Charge RNs on both day and night shifts. With only one traveler expected by February, this is a tenured, high-energy group ready for a leader who brings strong L&D experience and a passion for growth.
You’ll report directly to a highly supportive CNO and join a hospital recognized for its trauma program, cardiovascular care, and community reputation—including:
• STEMI GOLD & Stroke GOLD (2025)
• Target: Heart Attack Honor Roll GOLD – EMS (2024)
• Angel One Facility of the Quarter
• Becker’s “350 Cleanest Hospitals in the U.S.” (2025)

Outside of work, you’ll enjoy a lifestyle defined by affordability, natural beauty, and small-town charm. Nestled in the Ozark Mountains, this community offers:
• Low cost of living and affordable housing
• Top-rated schools and a family-friendly atmosphere
• Outdoor access to hiking, kayaking, and fishing
• Mild climate and proximity to larger cities for weekend escapes
Qualifications:
• BSN required; RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC
• 5+ years of OB experience with charge or leadership responsibilities
• Strong clinical foundation in Labor & Delivery and a collaborative leadership style

If you’re ready to lead a dynamic team in a setting that supports both professional growth and personal fulfillment, we’d love to hear from you.
