The Emergency Department features 32 beds and manages approximately 32,000 annual visits. It operates as a Stroke and Cardiac Center with a dedicated in‑house physician group that has partnered with the hospital for more than 25 years. The department includes clinical coordinators, RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and unit clerks, all working collaboratively to deliver high‑quality care in a dynamic environment. The ED Manager will oversee staffing and operations, human resources management, regulatory compliance including TJC and EMTALA, outcomes improvement, and community outreach initiatives.

Candidates should bring at least two years of leadership experience in the Emergency Department and hold a BSN, with an MSN preferred. CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required, and CEN certification should be obtained within three to five years of hire.
