The Business Development Associate Training Manager (BDATM) is a highly strategic role responsible for developing top tier prospecting talent and directly influencing pipeline growth. You will build, coach, and scale a high performing BDA team that excels in outbound effectiveness, FSI generation, and C suite engagement. In this role you will:
Lead & Develop BDA Talent
• Source and maintain a pipeline of high potential BDAs in collaboration with HR.
• Deliver comprehensive initial training for all new BDAs to achieve:
o 50 outbound calls/day
o 8 FSI-Cs/month
• Conduct daily coaching on performance, messaging, call strategy, and email communication.
• Facilitate weekly training sessions with practical exercises, performance reviews, and growth planning.
Drive Performance & Team Growth
• Manage and optimize a team of 5+ BDAs with a focus on increasing FSI output.
• Partner with the assigned SVP for co-management and sales alignment.
• By Week 9, deliver:
o Individual BDA capability assessments
o A proactive hiring plan
o A strategic FSI Optimization Plan
• Lead ongoing performance checkpoints (30 day, 60 day, 90 day, 180 day, annual).
Partner Across the Organization
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, IT, and Client Excellence teams to support BDA success.
• Train and present using Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
• Join occasional client or internal field sessions as needed.
Compensation
• Full-time base salary with salary increases based upon performance.
• Variable bonus

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Recent, successful sales career with proven quota attainment.
• Strong deductive reasoning skills.
• Personality profile: High extroversion, low neuroticism, high conscientiousness.
• Experience training teams in healthcare/hospital services or consulting (non product sales).
• Expertise in prospecting, outbound strategy, and pipeline development.
• Ability to train virtual selling using Teams and PowerPoint.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
Preferred
• Familiarity with Challenger, SPIN, or TROOPS methodologies.
• CRM experience.
• Strong confidence leading groups and influencing diverse audiences.
