About the Role
The Project Support Coordinator will play a key role in supporting internal associates by optimizing and enhancing our project management software (Birdview). You’ll ensure smooth setup, maintenance, training, reporting, and improvements across client workspaces and internal projects.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and maintain client spaces within our project management system
• Improve data integrity, permissions, templates, and workflow efficiency
• Provide training and support to internal users and clients
• Oversee user setup, changes, and system access
• Support invoicing processes and recommend improvements
• Assist in implementing a Client Portal replacement, including testing and rollout
• Serve as the Birdview superuser and primary troubleshooting contact
• Build and configure dashboards, reports, and new project setups

What We’re Looking For:
• Associate degree or higher
• Experience with project management software (Birdview or similar)
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and instructional
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requests, workflows, and client spaces
• Process improvement mindset with curiosity to learn evolving systems
