HealthLinx is seeking a data driven Business Analyst with deep experience in healthcare operations, analytics, and performance improvement. In this role, you’ll help clients achieve measurable outcomes and identify opportunities that drive organizational growth. You’ll partner closely with our Vice President of Accounts & Organizational Strategy (VPAOS) to turn insights into action, value, and additional solutions that matter.
What You’ll Do:
• Analyze financial, operational, and clinical data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities.
• Compare client performance against goals and national benchmarks.
• Surface insights that drive revenue growth, cost reduction, quality improvements, and expanded client engagement.
Performance Improvement
• Build and maintain monthly progress reports for Leadership Excellence projects.
• Support KPI and quality improvement strategies with actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Identify where HealthLinx solutions can enhance operational efficiency.
Sales & Growth Enablement
• Translate analytical insights into monetized business growth opportunities.
• Develop forecasting models and pro forma analyses.
• Contribute to SMART Worksheets to identify or advance Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Prepare client-facing presentations communicating value and ROI.
Stakeholder Communication
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal leaders and client stakeholders.
• Present complex findings in a clear, engaging way across technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience
• 3–5 years in healthcare analytics, performance improvement, healthcare finance, or consulting.
• Proven experience with revenue cycle optimization, cost reduction, KPI tracking, and quality improvement.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to identify business development opportunities.
Skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Experience developing forecasting models and pro forma analyses.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and quality reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
Work Environment:
• Remote role with occasional to semi frequent overnight travel to client sites.
Compensation:
Salary range between $90,000-$100,000 and variable incentive compensation tied to strategic sales goals.
