Lead the ICU at a full‑service regional health system committed to delivering exceptional care. This role oversees a high‑acuity 18‑bed ICU with 58 FTEs and 65–75 direct reports . The Clinical Director will guide nursing practice, elevate quality outcomes, and support a culture of excellence across the critical care service line.

Leader Qualifications
Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience (Charge RN, RN Lead, Assistant Manager acceptable)
  • 3–5 years acute care experience, including critical care
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • RN license (state or compact)

Desired:

  • BSN
  • Experience with team development and driving metrics
  • Servant leadership approach
