HealthLinx is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Accounts & Organizational Strategy to drive revenue growth and deepen partnerships within our existing client base. This is a high-impact, consultative role focused exclusively on account expansion, executive engagement, and strategic sales.
As a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, you will leverage your expertise in hospital and health system operations to uncover opportunities, solve complex challenges, and position solutions that deliver measurable value.
What You’ll Do
Account Management & Growth
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of healthcare clients
• Build and maintain strong C-suite relationships (CEO, COO, CNO, etc.)
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across service lines
• Expand client engagement through strategic account penetration
Sales Leadership (Current Clients)
• Lead the full sales cycle within existing accounts—from opportunity identification to close
• Execute a disciplined strategy to generate ongoing engagements
• Partner with internal sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to drive pipeline and conversion
Executive Advisory
• Facilitate executive-level conversations on strategy, performance gaps, and leadership priorities
• Diagnose organizational challenges and align solutions to business goals
• Provide consultative, value-driven guidance grounded in healthcare expertise
Internal Collaboration
• Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and sold solutions
• Support smooth transition from sales to delivery (no direct delivery oversight required)
What You Bring
Required:
• Proven success in healthcare consultative sales, account management, and business development
• Strong understanding of hospital/health system operations and executive decision-making
• Experience driving measurable revenue growth within accounts
• 10+ years of acute care healthcare leadership experience
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience
Preferred:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with active license
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
