Learn about the purpose, scope, and components of a PPM; the similarities and differences between a PPM and a Care Delivery System/Model; and tips for evaluating a PPM. This session will meet the needs of nurse executives, program directors, managers, and clinical nurses who are on the Magnet® journey for initial designation or redesignation.
