An ever evolving plan resulting from the Nursing Assessment and monitored by your VPOI to manage your Magnet® Thresholds and drive your performance improvement above and beyond Magnet’s standards.
Quarterly Performance Improvement Report:
A quarterly report delivered by your VPOI that contains a Summary of all your Unit’s Outcomes, with relevant KPIs monetized, resulting in high level view of your progress.
