This session will focus on the similarities and differences between EBP and research, and the requirements for each of these nursing excellence elements in the Magnet® and Pathway® programs. Learn how to determine the ANCC accreditation journey that is right for your organization and how to implement strategies to build or strengthen a nursing research program in your organization. This session will meet the needs of Magnet® and Pathway to Excellence® Program Directors/Coordinators, executive leaders, and clinical nurses.
