This session will focus on Quality Improvement strategies used in hospitals to prevent errors, decrease mortality rates and improve patient outcomes.  Various strategies such as PDSA, Six Sigma, LEAN and Failure Mode Effects Analysis will be featured.  Learn how to use these tools to report Magnet® Empirical Outcome Sources of Evidence.
